I had to do a layout with my favorite first day photo! I love the way it turned out and I just love Fancy Pants paper!! Look how stinking cute they are.

7 Gypsies Challenge

Over at the 7 Gypsies blog, starting in September they will be having monthly challenges! Sounds like fun, huh :) They had a few of their designers use some of the metal edges, which by the way I LOVE and have used a million times on many projects. So I thought it would be fun to pull them out again but use them in a way I haven't used them before. This is what I came up with, I actually sewed throught the metal and I love the way it turned out! Thanks 7 Gypsies for the challenge, I can't wait to see what's next.

Love this little guy!

My little guy is about to start his first year of hockey. Since we have gotten his gear he has tried it on several times a day. I love that he is so excited to start, So of course I had to create a layout.





I have been using alot of My Minds Eye lately, I just can't seem to get enough of them right now!

I have to say I really like this song by Miley Cyrus, Butterfly Fly Away. The first time I heard it I thought it would make a great layout. So here it is, I love the way it turned out.

My Minds Eye blog challenge

I made this layout for the MME blog challenge. I will also be teaching this layout as well as a boy version at Scrapbooker's Bliss in september. Love the My Minds Eye papers, so fun to work with.

I know I have been missing in action. I am working on lots of great projects that I will be posting soon. I am teaching at the breast crop ever in Red Deer on September 19 as well as some fabulous new classes, this fall, at Scrapbooker's Bliss and Sheepriver Scrapbook Co.
